Getting started

Redesign AI takes one photo of a room, a house front or a garden and shows the same space redesigned in the style you choose. Six tools cover redesigning a room, furnishing an empty one, decluttering, walls and floors, facades and gardens.

  1. Take a photo. Photograph a room, the front of a house or a garden, or start from one of the sample rooms in the app.
  2. Choose a tool. Pick one of the six tools and answer its few questions: the kind of space, a style, how much may change.
  3. Get the most faithful result first. The app redesigns the space and measures each result against your photo. The one that stays closest comes first.
  4. Compare and keep. Hold the result against your photo and keep the designs worth building on. With a plan, download them without a watermark.

There is no sign-up. The app creates an anonymous account the first time you open it and never asks for your name or a password. The only place you can give an email address is the optional field in Send feedback, if you want a reply.

On iOS, Redesign AI is built for iPhone. On Android, it is distributed through Google Play.

Common questions

Questions about what the app does, such as the tools, the styles and designing a facade or a garden, are answered in the common questions on the home page. This page covers problems, purchases and your data.

Credits, free designs and the watermark

How do credits work?

Every image in a design uses credits. When you pick styles, wall colours or floors, the app shows how many credits your choices will use before you start. Paid plans add credits each period, and the purchase screen shows how many each plan gives.

Plan credits do not carry over: whatever is unused expires at the end of the period. On the yearly plan, credits arrive every month and there is also a weekly limit; the purchase screen states both. A one-time top-up is offered to people who already have a plan, and its credits do not expire.

When are credits charged?

Only for a design you actually receive. If your photo or text is refused, or a design is blocked, rejected or cannot be finished, you lose nothing: either nothing was charged in the first place or the credits go back to your balance automatically. If you asked for several images and only some arrive, you pay only for those.

A delivered design uses its credits even if you do not like it. You can report it from More actionsReport output on the result screen; reporting does not return credits.

Can I try it for free?

Yes. The sample photos in the app can be redesigned at no cost. Whether you can redesign a photo of your own without a plan depends on the free allowance on your account; the app tells you when a plan is needed.

Why does my design show “AI PREVIEW” or a watermark?

Every design shown in the app carries an “AI PREVIEW” label, with or without a plan. With a paid plan, Download gives you a PNG file without it. Without a plan, Download first offers a plan and, if you close that screen, saves the design as shown, label included. Designs of the sample photos are always saved with the label.

The app says I do not have enough plan credits left this week.

The yearly plan has a weekly limit on plan credits. The message shows the date the limit resets; you can design again from then.

When a design fails or looks wrong

None of the problems below uses your credits. Your photo and your “Anything else?” text are checked before anything is charged, and a design that fails returns its credits to your balance automatically.

If a design arrives but is not what you wanted:

Redesigned rooms, facades and gardens are produced by an AI image model. They are visual ideas, not measured plans, product lists or construction advice, and details such as windows, doors and proportions can be inaccurate. Check anything structural, electrical or dimensional with a qualified professional before you act on it.

Subscriptions, cancelling and refunds

Who bills me?

Plans and top-ups are sold and billed by the App Store on iPhone and by Google Play on Android. We never see your card details. Before you pay, the purchase screen shows the price, the billing period, that the plan renews until you cancel it, and which store handles billing and cancellation.

How do I cancel a subscription?

iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Redesign AI and tap Cancel Subscription.

Android: open Google Play, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, choose Redesign AI and tap Cancel subscription. The same list is at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.

Cancelling stops the next renewal; the plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the app, or deleting your account in the app, does not cancel a subscription.

How do I get a refund?

App Store: refunds are decided by Apple, and we cannot issue them. Sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com, choose to request a refund, then pick the reason and the purchase.

Google Play: within 48 hours of buying, ask Google Play: on play.google.com, open your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & order history and choose Report a problem next to the purchase. After 48 hours, Google Play asks you to contact the developer: write to us with the order number.

When a purchase is refunded, the credits it added are taken off your balance, including credits you have already used. If that leaves your balance below zero, you cannot start new designs until your balance covers them again.

I paid, but the app does not show my plan.

Check that your phone is signed in to the Apple Account or Google account you paid with. Then, in the app, open Settings → Subscription → View plans or restore purchases and tap Restore purchases; the same link is on the purchase screen. If your plan still does not show, write to us with the store’s order number.

I switched plans. When does the new one start?

On the App Store, a switch from the weekly to the yearly plan takes effect when the current period ends, and the yearly plan’s credits arrive with that renewal. On Google Play, the new plan starts straight away and the unused time on the old one moves your first payment for the new plan later. In both cases, unused credits from the old plan do not carry over.

Your account, designs and data

How long are my designs kept?

Your designs are listed under History. The images are kept on our servers for 30 days after a design is made and are deleted after that, so download the ones you want to keep. To remove a design sooner, open it and choose More actions → Delete from history.

I have a new phone. Can I move my designs and credits?

Your account is tied to the phone where you first opened the app, and there is no sign-in that could carry it to another phone. Reinstalling the app on the same phone normally brings the same account back. A new phone usually starts a new account, and your design history stays with the old one, so download what you want to keep before you switch.

To bring a subscription to the new phone, use Restore purchases as described above. If credits you paid for do not appear after restoring, write to us with the store’s order number.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app, open Settings → Your data → Delete my data and confirm with Request deletion. The app signs out, clears its data on your phone and schedules deletion on our servers; your designs and any unused credits go with the account. Deleting does not cancel a subscription, so cancel it in the store first.

If you no longer have the app, write to privacy@blwapps.com. The deletion page explains what is removed, what is kept and what to put in your email.

What else can I ask about my personal data?

You can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to how it is processed. Write to privacy@blwapps.com. The Privacy Policy explains what we hold and why.

For help with the app, purchases or credits, email support@blwapps.com. For privacy requests and account deletion, write to privacy@blwapps.com.

The app has no sign-in, so we cannot look you up by name or email address. These details help us find your problem:

Never send your card number or a password; we do not need them.

If the app cannot start, tap the link on the error screen: it opens an email to us with the error code already in the subject line.

The Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use apply to your use of Redesign AI. The deletion page explains how to delete your account and data.
