Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-09-19
These terms are the agreement between you and Better Life With Apps (“we”, “us”) for your use of the Redesign AI app and this website. They apply alongside the terms of the store you got the app from. By using Redesign AI you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
1. What Redesign AI does
Redesign AI takes one photo of a room, a house front or a garden and shows the same space redesigned in the style you choose. Six tools cover redesigning a room, furnishing an empty one, decluttering, walls and floors, facades and gardens.
You pick a tool and answer a few questions about the result you want, such as the style; with some tools you can also add a short note in the optional Anything else? field. A third-party AI image model then redraws your photo, and each result is checked against your photo before you see it (section 7). The results are pictures that help you imagine a space. They are not plans, measurements, shopping lists or professional advice.
2. Your account
The app creates an account for you the first time you open it. There is no sign-up form, and we do not ask for your name or email address; you may add an email to a feedback message if you want a reply. The account is tied to your device: reinstalling the app on the same device normally brings the same account back, while a new device usually starts a new, empty account. On a new device, Restore purchases reconnects the purchases made with your store account.
If you are under the age at which you can make a contract where you live, use the app only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
You can delete your account and its data at any time in the app under Settings → Your data → Delete my data, or by email as described on the deletion page. Deletion cannot be undone: it ends any credits left in the account and removes your saved designs. It does not cancel a subscription. Cancel that with the store (section 3).
3. Subscriptions and payment
- Redesign AI sells a weekly and a yearly subscription. Both renew automatically until you cancel. While you have an active plan you can also buy one-time credit top-ups (section 4).
- You buy through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The store takes the payment under its own terms; we never see or hold your payment details. Prices are set per country and shown in your local currency.
- Before you buy, the purchase screen shows the plan's price, its billing period, the credits it gives each period, and that it renews until you cancel.
- A plan gives you credits every billing period, downloads without the watermark, up to four images in one run, and priority in the generation queue.
- You cancel with the store, not with us. On iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan and its credits stay until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Uninstalling the app or deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
- Switching plans. On the App Store, a switch starts when your current period ends, and the new plan's credits arrive then. On Google Play, the new plan starts at once and its first payment is pushed back by the time left on your current plan. Either way, credits left from the old plan do not carry over.
- Free trials. If the store offers you a trial, the purchase screen shows its length and the price that follows before you start. Cancel before the trial ends (on the App Store, at least 24 hours before) and you are not charged. A trial does not include credits; credits arrive when the first paid period begins.
4. Credits
Designs are paid for with credits.
- Price of a run. The app shows how many credits a run costs before you start it. The price depends on what you ask for, such as the number of images. We may change the price for future runs, for example when we switch to a different image model. A run you have already started keeps the price shown when you started it.
- You pay only for what is delivered. Your credits go back to your balance if your photo is refused by the automatic check, the request is blocked, the image model fails or times out, or no image passes our check against your photo (section 7). If you ask for several images and only some are delivered, you pay only for those. One exception: plan credits that come back after their period has ended expire, as they would have anyway.
- A delivered design is paid for. A delivered design costs its credits even if you do not like the result, and reporting it does not return them. If a design is faulty, contact us. Your legal rights for faulty digital content are not affected.
- Plan credits are given for each billing period. The weekly plan gives its credits for the week. The yearly plan releases its credits month by month, each month's credits can be used only in that month, and there is a limit on how many plan credits you can use in one week. The purchase screen shows these amounts. Unused plan credits expire at the end of their week or month and do not carry over. A renewal replaces them; it does not add to them.
- Top-up credits are a one-time purchase, offered only while you have an active plan. They do not expire, and you can keep using them after your plan ends. When you start a run, plan credits are used before top-up credits.
- Free use. A new account may come with a small free allowance; the app shows whether you have one. A free run makes one image. Until you buy a plan or credits, designs can only be saved as the preview with the watermark. You can also try the app on the sample photos it includes at no cost; their results are ready-made and carry the watermark.
- What credits are not. Credits have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money, sold, or given to someone else. They belong to your account in the app. If the store moves your purchases to another account of yours, for example when you restore purchases on a new device, your balance moves with them.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are decided by Apple or Google under their own policies. Ask for one through the store you paid. We cannot refund you directly, because the store, not us, took your payment.
- When you ask for a refund, the store may ask us about the purchase. If we answer, our billing provider, RevenueCat, does so on our behalf with information about the purchase and your use of the app, such as how long you have used the app, how much of the purchase you have used, and your purchase and refund history with us, and may add our view on the request. The store makes the decision. By asking the store for a refund, you agree that this information may be shared with it.
- If the store refunds a purchase, we remove the credits that purchase gave you, including credits you have already used. Your balance can go below zero, and while it does you cannot start new designs. If the store reverses the refund, the credits come back.
6. Right of withdrawal
If you live in the EU, the UK or Türkiye, the law may give you a right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content or a digital service within 14 days. You buy from the store, so you exercise that right through the store, under its terms and the law where you live. These terms do not ask you to give up any right of withdrawal the law gives you.
A design is supplied the moment it is delivered. Under Turkish law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly online or to intangible goods delivered instantly (Distance Contracts Regulation, Art. 15(1)(ğ)); a delivered design is one of these.
7. AI-generated designs
Designs are made by an AI image model that redraws the whole picture. The same photo and the same choices can give different results. Windows, doors, walls and proportions can shift, furniture and materials are invented, and details can be wrong.
We measure every image against your photo and do not show images whose structure departs from it too far. If no image from a run passes this check, the run ends and its credits go back to you. The check reduces changes to the room's structure; it does not rule them out.
Redesigned rooms, facades and gardens are produced by an AI image model. They are visual ideas, not measured plans, product lists or construction advice, and details such as windows, doors and proportions can be inaccurate. Check anything structural, electrical or dimensional with a qualified professional before you act on it.
Every design shown in the app carries an AI PREVIEW badge. Downloads without the watermark do not carry it, so when you show such a download to others, it is up to you to say that the image was made with AI (section 8). What we promise about designs is set out in section 13.
8. Showing designs to others
A redesign shows how a space could look. It is not a photo of how the space looks.
- When you publish or share a design where people could take it for a real photo, make clear that it was generated or changed with AI, and never present it as a real photograph.
- If you use a design to market a property, whether in a sale or rental listing, an advert or a brochure, label it clearly as a virtually staged or AI-generated image. Do not use it to hide defects or to misstate the property's condition, size or features, and follow the rules of the platform and the law of the place where you advertise. If you use the app for business in the EU, the EU AI Act requires you to disclose that images which could pass for real photos were generated or manipulated with AI.
- Do not remove or cover the badge or the watermark to pass a design off as a real photo.
9. Acceptable use
Redesign AI is for redesigning rooms, buildings and gardens. You must not:
- upload a photo you have no right to use, such as a listing photo someone else took, without their permission;
- upload photos in which other people can be recognised without their permission, or use the app to change, add or sexualise people;
- upload or generate sexual content involving minors, or content that is violent, hateful, harassing or otherwise illegal;
- use a design to deceive, for example in a fake listing, as fake evidence of damage or repairs, or in a false before-and-after claim;
- try to get around the app's checks, for example by hiding instructions to the image model in that note or in the photo;
- attack or overload the service, access it other than through the app, or copy, decompile or reverse-engineer the app, except where the law allows it.
The app checks photos and notes automatically. The Anything else? note is limited to 200 characters and may be refused without the reason being given. The image model's provider may also block a request. A refused or blocked request costs no credits. We may suspend or end access for anyone who seriously or repeatedly breaks these rules, or where the law requires it.
10. Your photos and your designs
You keep the rights you have in the photos you upload. You allow us to use them only to run the service for you: to store them, to send them to our AI provider so a design can be made, and to store, show and export the designs back to you. This permission ends when the photos and designs are deleted, except for copies the law requires us to keep.
We claim no ownership of the designs made for you. Any rights we hold in them we transfer to you, and you may use them for personal or business purposes within these terms. Whether an AI-generated image is protected by copyright depends on the law where you are, and other users may get similar designs, so we cannot promise that you hold exclusive rights in a design.
You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload and for how you use your designs.
Designs stay in the app for a limited time, currently 30 days from when they were made, and are then deleted automatically. Download the ones you want to keep. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
11. The app and its content
The app, including its software, design, name, sample photos, example designs and style images, belongs to Better Life With Apps or its licensors. You may use the sample photos and example designs inside the app and keep the copies the app lets you save for your own use. Nothing in these terms lets you copy, sell or reuse the app, its name or its branding.
If you got the app from the App Store, your licence to use it is Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you got it from Google Play, Google Play's terms apply. These terms add the rules for the service, credits and designs. If they conflict with Apple's agreement about the licence itself, Apple's agreement prevails. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for the app, its content or its support; we are.
12. Availability and limits
We work to keep Redesign AI running, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or that every run will succeed. A run that fails costs no credits (section 4).
We may pause parts of the service, such as uploads, new designs or downloads, for safety, legal or technical reasons. We also limit how many runs you can make in a period and how many can run at the same time, so the service stays available to everyone. A run stopped by such a limit costs nothing.
We may change the app, including its tools, styles and image model. If a change significantly reduces what a paid plan gives you, you can cancel the plan with the store, and your legal rights also apply. If we decide to stop offering the app, we will announce it on this website in advance.
13. What we promise
We provide Redesign AI with reasonable care and skill, as described in these terms and on the purchase screen. If you are a consumer, you have legal rights when digital content or a digital service is faulty or not as described, and nothing in these terms limits them.
Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, the app and the designs are provided “as is”. We make no other promise, express or implied, that a design will be accurate, suit your taste or purpose, be buildable, be unique to you, or be free of other people's rights.
14. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for harm caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or any other liability that the law does not allow to be limited, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.
Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows:
- we are not liable for loss that could not reasonably have been foreseen, for loss caused by decisions you make on the basis of a design, such as building work, purchases or listings, since a design is an illustration and not advice, or for designs you did not download before they were deleted;
- if you use the app for business, we are not liable for lost profit, revenue, business or opportunity, and our total liability for all claims relating to Redesign AI is limited to what you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim arose.
15. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Redesign AI at any time. To end a subscription, cancel it with the store (section 3); to close your account, delete it (section 2).
We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering the app. Where we can, we will tell you why. If we end your access for a reason that is not your fault, you keep any right the law gives you to a refund for paid credits or plan time you could not use.
Sections 5, 10, 11, 13, 14 and 16, and the part of section 4 that explains what credits are not, continue to apply after the agreement ends.
16. Disputes and your consumer rights
If something goes wrong, write to us first at support@blwapps.com; most problems are quickest to fix that way. Doing so does not stop you from going to a court or a consumer body.
If you use Redesign AI as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim before the courts where you live.
Consumers in Türkiye can apply to the consumer arbitration committee (tüketici hakem heyeti) where they live or where the purchase was made for disputes below the amount set each year, and to the consumer court (tüketici mahkemesi) for larger disputes, after the mediation the law requires.
17. Changes to these terms
We update these terms when the app, the law or the store rules change. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. We announce changes that materially affect you on this page before they take effect. If you do not accept a change, you can stop using the app and cancel your subscription before the change applies to you. A change never takes away rights you have by law.
If you keep using the app after a change takes effect, the updated terms apply to that use.
